  41. If so, why was it that when I installed a new ethernet card (3Com)
  42. into a new PC here at work (a card that works fine in _all_ of our
  43. other PC's).  The bloody P&P decided it was a different card to what
  44. it actually was, and loaded the incorrect driver for it.  This meant
  45. that the machine was unable to connect to our Novell network.  If you
  46. removed that driver and installed the correct one for the card, the
  47. next time it rebooted it discovered a new card, reinstalled the old
  48. _wrong_ driver, and stopped working again.
